• Respect provider and client boundaries, session limits, personal space, accessibility needs, and the right to end a session immediately.
• Keep pre-booking communication and transaction activity on the platform where required for safety, payment protection, and moderation.
• Use only photos, credentials, names, and content you are legally authorized to publish.

Prohibited sexual, exploitative, and unsafe activity

• Offering, requesting, suggesting, negotiating, or facilitating sexual contact, nudity, erotic services, escort services, prostitution, pornography, or sexualized massage.
• Human trafficking, exploitation, grooming, coercion, blackmail, stalking, harassment, threats, violence, non-consensual touching, or retaliation for refusing contact.
• Involving a minor in any account, profile, message, booking, image, or session, or attempting to verify or register on behalf of a minor.
• Attending a session while dangerously impaired, bringing unlawful weapons, supplying illegal drugs, or using a meeting to commit another offense.
• Recording, photographing, tracking, or publishing another person or private location without legally valid permission.

Prohibited platform abuse

• Fake profiles, impersonation, identity fraud, misleading credentials, unauthorized stock or third-party photos, fraudulent verification, or account sharing.
• Fake, paid, coerced, selectively suppressed, or retaliatory reviews; undisclosed incentives; review trading; or manipulation of ratings and search placement.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, scraping, automated account creation, unauthorized access, security testing without written permission, or interference with platform operation.
• Discrimination or denial of service where prohibited by law, and hateful, abusive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or infringing content.
• Circumventing fees, payment safeguards, suspensions, bans, reporting tools, or platform transaction requirements.

Provider-specific obligations

• Maintain accurate pricing, availability, location, photos, services, cancellation terms, qualifications, and boundaries.
• Comply with applicable tax, business, licensing, employment, accessibility, insurance, health, and safety requirements.
• Do not make medical claims, diagnose conditions, promise therapeutic outcomes, or present platonic companionship as healthcare.
• Protect confidential client information and use booking data only to provide the requested service and meet lawful obligations.
