Refund & Cancellation Policy

A booking request may be withdrawn before provider acceptance. Connection fees are not due until the provider accepts the request.

The provider’s disclosed cancellation policy and the terms shown before connection-fee checkout control the booking. Users must resolve refunds of session money directly with the person who received that money because Cuddles You does not hold the session price.

If a booking is cancelled before contact access is unlocked, paid connection fees may be reviewed for reversal. After the connection is delivered, connection fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

End unsafe or non-consensual sessions immediately. A refund request should be submitted promptly with the booking reference and relevant facts. Cuddles You may request information from both parties, but does not promise a particular result and is not a court or insurer.

Dissatisfaction based only on personal compatibility, preferences not communicated before the session, or completed time may not qualify for a full refund. This does not limit non-waivable legal rights or claims involving fraud, unlawful conduct, or services not provided.

Connection, verification, identity-review, payment-processing, promotion, and similar fees may be non-refundable after the related platform access or review has been delivered or begun, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase.

Contact platform support before filing a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction and recovery of associated costs. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when practicable; financial institutions control final posting time.
