Consent and protection

Safety Policy

Every session arranged through Cuddles You must remain adult-only, voluntary, respectful, lawful, and strictly platonic.

Effective and last updated: August 23, 2026

If you are in immediate danger, leave when safe and contact local emergency services. Cuddles You cannot dispatch emergency assistance.

Consent is continuous

  • Discuss permitted and prohibited contact before a session begins.
  • Ask before changing position, duration, location, clothing expectations, or type of contact.
  • Silence, previous consent, payment, or a booking does not mean continuing consent.
  • Either person may pause or end the session immediately without pressure or retaliation.

Before meeting

  • Review the full profile, verification status, reviews, boundaries, price, cancellation terms, and meeting plan.
  • Keep communication and booking details on the platform, and never send unnecessary identity, financial, or intimate information.
  • For a first meeting, consider a public place, tell a trusted person where you will be, arrange independent transportation, and keep a charged phone available.
  • Do not meet if identity, intent, location, requested conduct, payment, or boundaries remain unclear.

During and after a session

  • Stay sober enough to make decisions and respect boundaries. Never pressure another person to consume alcohol, drugs, or medication.
  • Protect personal belongings and do not enter restricted areas or record another person without permission.
  • End the session if conduct becomes sexual, coercive, aggressive, deceptive, discriminatory, or otherwise unsafe.
  • Use reporting tools after reaching safety. Preserve relevant messages, booking details, and evidence without publicly exposing private information.

What verification does and does not mean

A verification badge may indicate that selected identity or age information was reviewed. It does not establish character, training, professional licensing, health status, criminal history, compatibility, or future behavior. Users must continue to exercise judgment and follow safety practices.

Reports and cooperation

Cuddles You may request information, preserve records, restrict accounts, cancel transactions, or cooperate with lawful authorities when responding to credible safety concerns. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Knowingly false or retaliatory reports violate platform policy.

Legal contact

Questions, formal notices, and privacy requests should identify your account email and the policy involved. Do not email passwords, full payment-card data, or unnecessary identity documents.
