Verification and moderation are limited processes based on available information. They cannot guarantee identity, criminal history, qualifications, accuracy, compatibility, intentions, legality, health, safety, or future conduct. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or deceptive despite platform rules.
User activity and third parties
Users are responsible for their communications, decisions, meetings, services, content, taxes, property, conduct, and legal compliance. Cuddles You is not responsible for off-platform conduct or transactions, third-party websites, payment services, identity vendors, transportation, venues, or other services it does not control.
Assumption of ordinary marketplace risk
Meeting another person involves inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, users assume the ordinary risks of independently selecting, communicating with, meeting, and transacting with another user, without waiving rights that cannot legally be waived.
