Professional platonic services require ongoing agreement. Either person can pause or stop an interaction. A booking never removes the need for consent, and no member should pressure another person to cross stated boundaries.

• Keep important agreements in the platform conversation.

Report a concern

Use the support or reporting route when behaviour is unsafe, sexual, threatening, fraudulent, coercive, or inconsistent with platform rules. Include the booking reference and factual details. If anyone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services first; platform support cannot replace emergency assistance.
