Services and rates

Open your provider listing and add only services you genuinely offer. Each enabled service requires a valid rate and at least one supported format, such as in person or virtual where that service allows it. Disable a service instead of leaving incomplete pricing.

Weekly availability

Select at least one day and enter a start and end time. The end time must be later than the start time. Save the schedule and confirm that the enabled days still appear after the page refreshes.

Keep information current

Update rates, availability, formats, and service descriptions when they change. The “available today” setting should reflect whether you are currently accepting requests; it does not replace your weekly schedule or guarantee that every requested time will be accepted.
