Use the transaction record as the source of truth
Open the relevant booking, payment, payout, or wallet page to see the recorded amount, currency, status, and related reference. A pending or authorised payment is not the same as a completed payment.
Different records serve different purposes
- Booking details show quoted pricing and booking-related payment state.
- Wallet history shows credits, debits, referral rewards, and adjustments recorded for your account.
- Provider payout pages show eligible payout activity where platform payments apply.
Some rewards may be usable only according to the displayed programme rules and may not be withdrawable as cash. If a transaction looks wrong, do not create another payment. Contact support with the reference, amount, date, and a description of what you expected.
