Cannot sign in or reset your password

Check the basics

1. Confirm that you are using the same email address used during registration.
2. Check spelling, spaces, and keyboard settings.
3. Use Forgot password once and wait for the message.
4. Check spam and filtered folders.
5. Open only the newest reset link because older links may no longer work.

If the page still fails

Refresh the page, try a private browser window, and temporarily disable extensions that alter forms or cookies. Do not repeatedly create new accounts. If you still cannot sign in, contact support and provide the account email, approximate time of the problem, browser or device, and the exact message shown. Never send your password to support.
