Choose which optional messages you receive while keeping essential account notices.

In-app notifications
Your account notification page shows booking, verification, support, payment, and other activity intended for your role. Client, provider, editor, and admin notifications are separated so unrelated internal activity should not appear in a member account.
Email preferences
Use the email-preferences link in an eligible message or your account settings to manage optional communication. Essential operational or security messages may still be sent when needed to run your account, process a requested service, or protect the platform.
If something looks wrong
Do not click suspicious links. Open Cuddles You directly and check your account. Report messages that appear to expose another user’s information or show activity unrelated to your role.
